Please read these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) carefully before using cosmicoceans.com (the “Site”), operated by Cosmic Oceans LLC (“we”, “us” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

What we provide

Cosmic Oceans provides charts, readings and reports drawn from astrology, Human Design, Destiny Matrix and Cardology, along with related digital tools and memberships. Our services are offered for personal insight, reflection and entertainment. They are not a substitute for professional advice — please see our Disclaimer.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from the Site. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your account credentials confidential, and for all activity under your account. Readings depend on accurate birth data; results may be limited or imprecise if the details you supply are incomplete or incorrect.

Purchases

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Digital reports and readings are delivered electronically, typically to the email address associated with your order.

Membership and subscriptions

Membership may be billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan you choose, until cancelled. By subscribing you authorise us to charge your payment method each billing period at the price shown at checkout. Founding Memberships renew at the same founding monthly or annual rate for as long as the subscription remains continuously active. You may cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep access until then. If you cancel or the subscription ends after unsuccessful payment recovery, the founding rate cannot be reclaimed. We do not provide partial-period refunds for the billing period in progress. If a promotional or discount code applies, it is valid only for the period stated when it was issued, after which standard pricing applies.

Refunds

Because our reports and readings are digital goods, all sales are generally final and non-refundable once the product has been delivered.

That said, we want you treated fairly. If a product was not delivered, was delivered incorrectly, or you were charged in error, contact us and we will make it right — including a refund where appropriate.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site — including attempting to gain unauthorised access, scraping or bulk-extracting content, interfering with its operation, or reselling or redistributing our reports and tools without written permission.

Intellectual property

The Site and its original content, features and functionality are owned by Cosmic Oceans LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. Reports you purchase are licensed to you for your own personal, non-commercial use.

Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party sites we do not own or control. We assume no responsibility for their content, policies or practices, and we encourage you to read their terms and privacy policies.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and its services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any particular outcome will result from a reading.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cosmic Oceans LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the services will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Site for any user who violates these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including ownership, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability — will survive.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

Changes

We may modify these Terms by posting an updated version on the Site. Your continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
