Delete your Cosmic Oceans account and data

Cosmic Oceans LLC provides two ways to request permanent deletion of your Cosmic Oceans account and the personal data connected to it. Deleting the app from your device does not delete your account.

Delete one saved Cosmic Profile without deleting your account

  1. Log in to Cosmic Oceans and open My Account.
  2. Go to Saved Cosmic Profiles and choose the profile you want to remove.
  3. Select Delete profile and confirm the deletion.

This permanently deletes that profile's name, birth date, birth time, birthplace, coordinates, timezone, and profile-linked chart data. Your login, Premier subscription, purchase records, and other saved profiles are kept. No additional retention period applies to the deleted profile or its birth details.

If you cannot use the signed-in control, open the Cosmic Oceans contact form, choose Privacy or data request, and ask us to delete the named saved profile. We will verify account ownership first.

Delete your account while signed in

  1. Log in to Cosmic Oceans with the account you want to delete.
  2. Open My Account and go to Support & account controls.
  3. Select Delete account & data.
  4. Enter your account email, type DELETE, and confirm the permanent deletion.

Any active Cosmic Oceans subscription is canceled before the account is deleted.

If you cannot sign in

  1. Open the Cosmic Oceans contact form.
  2. Choose Privacy or data request as the topic.
  3. Use the email address connected to the account and enter Delete my Cosmic Oceans account as the subject.
  4. Ask us to delete the account and associated data. We will verify account ownership before completing the request.

What is deleted

  • Your Cosmic Oceans login and authentication account
  • Your saved Cosmic Profiles and birth details
  • Account preferences and profile-linked chart, access, and usage records held by Cosmic Oceans
  • A connected Cosmic Oceans marketing/contact record, where one exists

No additional retention period applies to the account, saved profiles, or birth details once deletion is completed.

What may be kept

  • Transaction and order records may be retained in anonymized form for the period required by applicable tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, or legal obligations. The account email and user ID are removed from these Cosmic Oceans records.
  • Our payment processor may retain payment records as required by its own legal and regulatory obligations.
  • Support correspondence may be retained only where needed to process the request, prevent fraud, or meet legal obligations.
